Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and obligations when enrolling in an online training program (Program) via the Customer Service 360 website displayed at www.members.experience360.com.au (our Website).
Your enrolment order signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a contract between Customer Service 360 Pty Ltd A.C.N.606 897 732 (we, us, our, or Customer Service 360) and you.
Customer Service 360 may from time to time vary these terms and conditions and will provide notification via our Website. All amendments will be effective immediately upon a notification being displayed on our Website.
You will only have access to content relating to any Program, which you have enrolled in and paid for.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of enrolling in a Program. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your enrolment.
The email address that you elect to use to enroll in a Program will serve as a unique identifier throughout your learning experiences with Customer Service 360. Therefore, you may only use a total of one (1) email address in connection with any program provided by Customer Service 360.
All prices displayed on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). International orders will not contain a GST component.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on our Website from time to time and without notice to you.
You may pay for a Program via credit card (via the eWay payment gateway) or via any other payment method that Customer Service 360 has agreed to accept from time to time.
Once you have enrolled in a Program and we have received your full payment in cleared funds, we will process your enrolment as soon as possible.
Digital Delivery (of Program)
As soon as we have processed your enrolment, you will receive the first of two emails from Customer Service 360 confirming your order. This email will also include a receipt for your payment.
You will then receive a second email, welcoming you to the Program. This email will include hyperlinks and log-in information for you to access the Program.
If it appears that you have not received these emails from us, then we recommend that you check your spam folder before contacting us. You should also add our [email protected] email list to your contact list to ensure that you receive all of our communications.
All materials that we may issue you with in connection with the Program will be delivered to you in digital format only.

We process enrolments on business days only, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in the Australian Capital Territory. All enrolments made via our Website on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day.
You are not permitted, or entitled to, change to any program that is different to the program that you have enrolled in, either before or after commencement of a Program that you have enrolled in.
Cancellation of Enrolments

As we proudly stand behind the quality of our programs, we offer you a ’30 Day 100% Money Back’ guarantee (our Guarantee). Therefore, if you’re not completely satisfied with your learning experience with us, please contact us within 30 days of your enrolment in any Program and we’ll provide you with a full refund of your purchase price. Any request for a refund under our Guarantee will be processed within 14 days of receiving such request.
Outside of our Satisfaction Guarantee, we will meet our refund obligations under the Australian Consumer Law at all times.
Cancellation by Customer Service 360
Customer Service 360 may cancel your order for enrolment in a Program if, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with access to a Program subject to your enrolment. We will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price for the Program or Programs that you have enrolled for.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from our cancellation of a Program.
By agreeing to and accepting these Program Enrolment Terms, you also agree to our Refunds Policy.
All material contained in, or connected with, a Program is owned or under licence by Customer Service 360 and protected by Australian and international laws.
Your participation in a Program does not grant you a licence or act as a right of use of any of the program material, or trade marks or logos, whether registered or unregistered, contained in, or connected with, a Program without the express written permission of Customer Service 360.
Customer Service 360 owns the copyright, which subsists in all creative, artistic and literary works that are contained in, or connected with, a Program, subject to certain works being under licence. You must not:
- reproduce or use any of the material on the Website;
- in any way modify the material on the Website; or
- cause any of the material on the Website to be framed or embedded in another website.
In summary, you must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute any material or trade mark connected with a Program in any way, except as expressly provided for by Customer Service 360.
Enforcement of our intellectual property rights
Customer Service 360 has allocated and expended significant resources into the creation and development of its Programs. As such, we will not tolerate infringement of our intellectual property, whether such infringement is inadvertent or otherwise. In the event that you do any of the prohibited acts as listed above or infringe upon its intellectual property in any other way, Customer Service 360 will enforce its intellectual property rights against you.
The information contained in a Program is to only serve as general information only. It is not intended to be comprehensive, nor does it constitute advice in any way. We attempt to ensure that the content is current and accurate but we do not guarantee its currency and accuracy. For these reasons, we offer no representations, warranties or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your performance or any certain results that you may or may not achieve as a consequence of participating in a Program.
To the extent permitted by law, including but not limited to any act or omission on your part, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expense whether direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential, including loss of profits, suffered by you or claims made against you which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, information relating to a Program.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from Customer Service 360 (and its related entities) in relation to our business, including information relating to program offerings, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may unsubscribe from receiving electronic commercial messages from us at any time by simply emailing us.
The laws of the Australian Capital Territory govern these terms and conditions.
